Where the mountains meet the night market.
The tour kicks off on the West Coast. Vancouver's large Vietnamese community — anchored along Kingsway's 'Saigon strip' — turns Sunset Beach into a three-day celebration with BC's biggest phở cook-off, dragon boat–adjacent programming, and a Friday lantern lighting against the ocean sunset.
All programming included with festival admission. Cooking demos and tastings first-come, first-served.

Family-run since 1989 — their 12-hour broth won Vancouver Magazine's Best Phở three years running.
Crackling baguettes baked fresh in-truck every morning. The sardine bánh mì is a cult favourite.
Hanoi-style chè served in coconut shells — pandan jelly, mung beans, and crushed ice.
Yes, but gate tickets are $3 more and weekend passes often sell out. We strongly recommend buying online in advance.
All venues are wheelchair accessible with accessible washrooms, viewing platforms at main stages, and quiet zones.
Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome in outdoor areas. Service animals always permitted.
Flavours of Vietnam runs rain or shine. A handful of demos move under cover in bad weather — check our social channels day-of.
